Team BC Captains Team BC Thunder Player Wins Gold Medal with Team BC at Female Midget Nationals

Congratulations to Hayley Anderson of the Port Moody Female Midget Thunder, who was part of the Gold Medal winning Team BC at the Female Midget National Championships held recently at Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Click here for the story in the Tri- City News and click on the thumbnails to open the photos (Hayley is the Alternate Captain on the right of the captains photo).

Bantam B Thunder Win Provincial Silver

Congratulations to the Bantam B Thunder for taking home the Silver Medal at the 2017 Provincial Championships held July 13-16 on Vancouver Island.  The team went 3-1 in the round-robin portion of the tournament and lost 8-6 to host Oceanside in the Gold Medal match.  Congrats also to Joey Schmelz for making the All-Star Team, to Ryan Hamed for winning a Warrior Fair Play Award and to Dan Di Paola for winning the Warrior Fair Play Coach Award.

New  StealthVancouver Stealth Back for 2018!

The Vancouver Stealth are back for another of exciting National Lacrosse League action at the Langley Events Centre!  The Stealth will open the 2018 season at home against the Colorado Mammoth on December 8, 2017 - to see the complete schedule and press release, please visit:

Lacrosse 150Lacrosse 150 Car Decal

To celebrate organized Lacrosse's 150th birthday in 2017, the BC Lacrosse Association has created a die-cut, removable car decal (size is approximately 5 ½ inches wide by 5 ½ inches tall).  Cost is $5.00/decal (plus postage), with net proceeds from the sales of these decals supporting the BCLA's three scholarship/bursary funds:  Wayne Goss Scholarship, Ted Fridge Scholarship and Dorothy Robertson Memorial Bursary.
